Work History and Experience
Bill Fink retired at the end of 2004 from the National Park Service, after a 34 year career. He was a law enforcement
ranger and park manager at a number of parks around the country. These jobs gave him both investigative skills and a good
knowledge of construction, facility management, historic preservation, and facility and personal safety.
His
new business, Bill Fink Communications, LLC concentrates on interpersonal communications – in writing, in person, in pictures.
Service as a Field Representative is a logical application of his skills.
He is registered with SOFI and is a
member of the Professional Photographers of America.
